As we continue on the next leg of the journey through the night sky toward a healthier lifestyle, we have many questions. With many questions, there are many answers. We need to hunt for the correct answer that applies to our own individuality. Our next signpost on the journey is a prominent “picture in the sky” … Orion, the Hunter. He is easy to find, since three of the brightest stars make up Orion’s Belt.
A good hunter must possess several necessary traits to seek the right answers. The mission can be demanding. It takes grit and stamina to continue on, especially if you do not like the answers to your question. A good dose of curiosity will help you keep moving. There is a great amount of information out there. Mixing in several parts self-control and intelligence will be a great asset to wade through it all.
Your hunt for the necessary answers may be long. Do not despair if others find their answers before you. Kicking your enthusiasm into high gear will be a great help. You must be optimistic that you will find the answers that will help you on your quest for success.
At this point in your journey, you have chosen a target. You have taken the lead, balancing your efforts as you hunt for the answers to your questions. There are many different answers to the same question. You must apply your hunting skills to find the one that works best for you. Find your own answers. This is your hunt. Deep down, you know the hard questions.
Your hunting skills will be challenged. You can use your belt to notch a victory.
There may be some misinformation or misleading answers swirling around the cosmos. Not to worry—there are more signposts to guide you on your journey.
This is part four of the multipart series, “Aim for the Stars.” In my next blog, we’ll bend our eyes toward another signpost constellation.
