We gave the boot to things like extra weight, certain indulgences and even a pricey gym membership. As 2017 draws closer, and brings with it new opportunities and possibilities, it may be time to \u201cbreak up\u201d with whatever is keeping you from reaching your goals. Maybe it\u2019s the fridge calling your name late at night, sugary treats in the break room or an inclination to head to the couch after work. Sometimes, we just have to stop and ask ourselves whether or not something is working for us.<\/p>\n<p>Breaking up is never easy, but it\u2019s better than being in a long-term relationship with something that\u2019s keeping you from being the best possible version of you.
