Or, pop into the local pool during&nbsp;an&nbsp;open swim&nbsp;period&nbsp;to do&nbsp;15-25&nbsp;laps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>70s:<\/strong>&nbsp;Try to pair physical workouts with&nbsp;tasks that have&nbsp;the&nbsp;potential to boost&nbsp;your&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.tops.org\/wellness-wednesday\/staying-mentally-fit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">mental&nbsp;fitness<\/a>.
