Unfortunately, the sugar and calories in these sweets can add up quickly. That\u2019s why I turned to Dena McDowell, a Registered Dietitian and nutrition expert for TOPS. She shared a light and delicious recipe for gluten-free raspberry chocolate mousse.<\/p>\n<p>Impress your sweetie (or yourself!) with this dessert for Valentine\u2019s Day:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gluten-Free* Raspberry Chocolate Mousse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 g. dark baking chocolate<\/p>\n<p>1 c. fat-free half-and-half<\/p>\n<p>2 T. sugar<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd T. vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>1 \u00bd c. fresh raspberries<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a double boiler (or take a small sauce pan with simmering water with a heat-proof bowl resting on top of it), heat \u00bc cup of fat-free half-and-half, stirring constantly until liquid begins to steam.<\/li>\n<li>Add chocolate and stir until mixture is fully melted and smooth.<\/li>\n<li>In a separate bowl, whip remaining half-and-half until soft peaks begin to form.
